Meirav Hillel-Lavan, PhD Candidate, is an expert in leadership development, resilience, and organizational transformation. With more than 20 years of experience guiding executives, leadership teams, and organizations across industries – from cybersecurity and healthcare to banking, retail, and international trade – she brings a unique blend of academic depth, executive insight, and practical impact.

A senior lecturer and organizational consultant, Meirav combines cutting-edge research (PhD Candidate, Bar-Ilan University) with hands-on leadership experience as a former HR executive and member of senior management. She has developed pioneering frameworks such as Resilient Leadership and Transformative Leadership 3.0, empowering executives to thrive under uncertainty, lead change with clarity, and strengthen both personal and collective resilience.

In 2010 she founded The Art of the Possible in Organizations, a consultancy dedicated to shaping adaptive leadership and resilient organizations.
